■Job Function：

Core Responsibilities：

◇ Coordinate and execute the due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation in potential M&A opportunities.

◇ Coordinate external advisors (e.g., legal counsel, financial advisor) and direct internal EDPR teams (e.g., operations, wind, tax) for NBO and BO stages of execution of M&A transactions.

◇ Participate in strategic analysis projects and analyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options and provide reports of findings.

◇ Produce and analyse financial models and assessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts and support the preparation of Sunseap-EDPR business plans and impairment analyses, in coordination with the Corporate Investments and M&A Department.

◇ Building effective working relationships within the business unit and participating in global technical communities to ensure a strong network of resources.

■Job Requirements：

◇ MBA or MSc degree in Finance or a related field.

◇ At least 7 years in core valuation, M&A, corporate finance or investment analysis. Big4, Investment Banking or Private Equity background is a plus.

◇ Strong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE), financing, accounting, and strategic analysis.

◇ M&A due diligence experience required and experience in the Energy or Infrastructure sector, preferably in renewables, is required.
